This marks an exciting new chapter for THE NICI Collection — and it's only the beginning. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Pool Hosts to deliver exceptional service around our pool and leisure facilities.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests, ensuring the pool area is well presented, and assisting with food and beverage service where required.

• Welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities.
• Set up and maintain loungers, towels, and cabanas.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders where applicable.
• Ensure the pool area remains clean, organised, and well presented.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Leisure teams.
• Deliver exceptional guest service at all times.

• Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
