Who we are
What you'll do
- To produce the therapist rota to support the demands of the business
- To liaise with the freelance therapists and allocate shifts to support the needs of the business
- Input therapist schedules onto spa soft and ensure this is correct as per the rota
- Assist in loading the rota onto the payroll system
- To carry out weekly emergency alarm checks for the spa treatment rooms and record on relevant H&S paperwork
- Order treatment room stock and keep accurate room inventories
- Carry out monthly stock count of the professional stock and record accurately on spa soft inventory management system
- To the first point of contact for the therapy team in the event of a guest complaint
- To oversee and organise the therapists to provide the ultimate guest journey
- Carry out hourly walk rounds and complete all H&S paperwork for this purpose when supporting the FOH team
- Carry out regular grooming checks for the therapist team
- Be responsible for ensuring that therapists are aware of all changes to their schedule
- Be proficient to handle membership enquiries, provide information, carry out show rounds for potential members and VIG guests
- Ensure all daily/weekly procedures are being carried out by the spa therapists
- To assist housekeeping to complete towel counts including assessing the quality of the spa linen stock
- Take direction and instruction regarding the day to day operation and project work from Spa management
- Give direction and instruction to therapists and FOH teams to ensure the smooth running of the Spa and guest satisfaction.
- To be available to carry out all treatments on VIG guests or any guest if required
- To assist in keeping all areas of the Spa clean, tidy and perfectly presented and specifically the relaxation room and spa treatment rooms
- To attend the morning meeting in the absence of the Spa management
