The Role

As Spa Manager, you will oversee a flagship wellness destination, delivering exceptional treatments, service, and commercial performance. You’ll create a tranquil yet vibrant spa experience that reflects The NICI lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all spa operations, treatments, and guest experiences
• Recruit, train, and manage therapists and spa team members
• Drive revenue through memberships, retail, and treatments
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and stock control
• Support spa pre-opening, concept delivery, and launch

About You

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong commercial and leadership skills
• Passion for wellness, service, and guest experience
• Pre-opening experience advantageous
