Description
Primary Goal: To serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The level of service must be consistent with established “SPAGO” standards in every respect. The bartender will work in close cooperation with the bar backs and servers and banquet captain in every aspect of guest service including but not limited to beverage preparation, setting up the bar, delivering food and beverage to guest and the tables, clearing and resetting bar tops and tables, and assisting in cleanliness of the service stations, beverage restocking, as well as other functions indicated by management. It is a very important function for bartenders to be knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings and related service protocol, communicate clearly and be attentive and friendly to all guests.

The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group has established SPAGO with the objectives of providing a unique cuisine paired with a special ambience in order to create a memorable fine dining experience for our guests. SPAGO is part of our continuous effort to offer superlative quality and the highest level of gracious and courteous guest service. To perform successfully, SPAGO employees must not only have the qualifications and abilities to perform each of the essential functions of this position but also must continually strive to meet or surpass The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group's objectives and exacting standards.

Strong craft cocktail experience/technique required
Extensive Spirit Knowledge
Extensive Wine Knowledge and experience with hi-end wine list
Strong Champagne knowledge
Experience in a highly chef-driven fine dining environment and/or Michelin Star property
Extensive Classic Cocktail knowledge and technique
