We pride ourselves on our fast-paced culture and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for high energy team players with a guest-first attitude who are eager to learn and pride themselves on providing exceptional guest experiences.

Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests and a key driver for creating exceptional guest experiences. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience including representing the brand, explaining food and beverage offerings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring that all of our guests, not just those in their assigned section, have everything they need for an exceptional experience. Servers must go above and beyond for each guest as well as take on the responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured and handled. 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
  • Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
  • Ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to guide guests towards choices that are best for them
  • Mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
  • Ensuring that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
  • Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele

Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities
  • Posses a diligent work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance which is clean and polished and represents the brand appropriately
  • Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
  • Experience in a Full Service Restaurant Preferred
  • Knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs
