Casual Israeli cafe / restaurant is looking for a chef to join its team, the new member will be responsible for assisting in all areas of shop level culinary operations, maintaining quality, and spirit in accordance with The Meatball Shop Standards.

BOH Staffing / Training
- Selecting, Hiring and Onboarding (GM approval)
- Training
- Performance Management

Food Production / Service
- Oversee prep, production and service
- Oversee recipe adherence
- Maintain and manage daily line checks
- Minimize waste

Ordering / Inventory
- Maintain accurate order / inventory guides
- Maintain accurate prep / par sheets
- Proper receiving procedures
- Inventory management

Organization / Cleanliness / Safety / DOH
- Maintain uniform adherence
- Maintain accurate opening / closing checklists
- Maintain kitchen equipment
- Maintain kitchen sanitation / cleanliness
- Food Safety and DOH adherence
