**This role is a base + high commission structure paid out monthly**
Event sales experience is required. This is a fully onsite role.
Event Sales Manager
SPIN is a ping pong social club with a focus on high-volume events, an elevated food and beverage program, and exciting programming that is entertaining and always unexpected. SPIN Event Sales Managers (ESM) not only sell an experience, they also seek to improve upon it—consistently. More than just turning inquiries into booked events (though that is very important), you’ll refine and define the SPIN experience by conducting site visits, entertaining potential clients, and coordinating with our Operations Team to ensure our events are executed at the highest level. SPIN Event Sales Managers must demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to take direction from both the Director of Sales and the General Manager.
At SPIN, building a
strong relationship with our clients is of vital importance. We expect our
Sales Team to focus not only on seeking out and identifying new opportunities
for account management but also the retention of relationships that have been
carefully developed. We are looking for our Sales Managers to have a strong
sense of follow through and ownership who are passionate about maintaining a
high level of service from start to finish. SPIN is a unique space that lends
itself to creativity and imagination which is why we are one of the best event
spaces around. If you’re ready to join our team, we can’t wait to meet you!
