Job description

Who we are?

The Salad Project opened its first store in Spitalfields (the one you will manage), east London, in May 2021 with the aim to become the go-to place for a healthy meal in the UK. It has been an overwhelming success as lunch queues get longer every day. Our menu has been designed with our customers and the planet in mind. Offering the best quality produce, sourced in the most sustainable way possible, we create an entirely customisable experience. Vegans, vegetarians, meat-lovers, protein-loaders and weight-watchers can create their perfect meal. Built by a team of young entrepreneurs, The Salad Project is a very ambitious company growing fast. With the opening of two new stores this year we are looking to hire our next managers. One day, there will be a Salad Project on every high street, join the project now!
