Our culture is built on continuous improvement, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. We place a strong emphasis on the wellbeing of our team, recognising that our people are at the heart of everything we do.

From the seasonal produce grown in our four-acre Walled Garden to ingredients sourced through responsible estate management and foraging across our extensive grounds, our kitchens celebrate the very best of what the estate has to offer. This commitment to provenance, sustainability, and quality is at the heart of every dish we create.

We are passionate about protecting our environment while investing in our people. We foster a supportive, engaging, and collaborative workplace where creativity, development, and wellbeing are encouraged.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
