The RoleWorking alongside our wider brigade, you will play an important role in the preparation and service of exceptional food for our guests. You'll gain hands-on experience working with ingredients harvested from our kitchen garden, estate game, home-grown produce and carefully selected local suppliers, learning how seasonality and provenance shape our menus.
This role offers an excellent foundation for chefs at the beginning of their career who are keen to develop their skills in a supportive and inspiring setting.
