Full Time 40 hours per week working 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends

About the Role
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to guests visiting our Terrace restaurant and bar. You will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through attentive service, excellent product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every guest receives a high standard of care.
- Provide recommendations and confidently promote menu items, beverages, and specials.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance the guest experience.
- Respond courteously to guest enquiries and assist with any requests.
- Maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar.
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout service.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including bar setup and close-down duties.
- Follow all cash handling and payment procedures accurately.
- Ensure all guest charges and end-of-shift reconciliations are completed correctly.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
- Complete daily operational checklists and records as required.
- Arrive for shifts punctually and presented in the correct uniform.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by supervisors or managers.
