Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas has an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and outgoing leader with a passion for great food and fine wine as a Restaurant General Manager. Spuntino is the ideal fusion of upscale wine bar and casual Italian eatery. With the charm of a metropolitan gathering place, the tapas style menu, and over 40 hand selected Italian wines, Spuntino allows guests to have a “one of a kind” experience each and every visit.

If you’re a “food lover” with a flair for leading a team of service professionals, dedicated to excellence and enjoy great Italian wine, Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas could be the place or you.

Must have proven track record, strong skills in the front & back of the house, a guest focused personality, strong leadership qualities and good with training and developing the team.

Must have at least 3 years of previous experience as a GM in a high volume full service restaurant. Strong knowledge of wine, experience with wine lists, purchasing wine, tasting and pairings. This person should also have experience with Profit & Loss and can speak to track record of positive results, how to builds sales, and maintain food, labor and liquor costs. Must be excellent in dining room with guests, making them feel welcomed and inviting. If you have previous experience working with Chefs in a private dining or corporate experience this may be a perfect pairing, but absolutely must have full service dining experience.
