Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish appealing content across social media platforms, in line with the guidelines and tone of voice of our companies and brands
• Communicate with our online audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and friendly manner, and building relationships
• Take note of trends and adapt our approach to keep the content relevant but fresh
• Work with our Directors to assess our performance, make inferences, draw conclusions and improve our work.

Content Creation:

• Plan and develop appropriate content, including videos, graphics and posts, across various formats and platforms
• Work closely with our internal teams and partners so that all content aligns with how we wish to be seen and heard
• Reinforce specifically our companies’ values and our brands’ identities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

A strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Linked In. (essential), and Little Red Book (preferred)

Proficiency in design software for content creation (essential)

Experience of Magento, Shopify, OpenTable, Mailchimp (preferred)

Fluency in or other languages is helpful but not essential.

If you are a strategic thinker and an adept practitioner, with an enthusiasm for promoting high-quality restaurants.
