CHEF DE PARTIE WANTED – SQUARE GRILL HOUSE, BATH £13–£16 per hour, depending on experience | Full-Time Square Grill House is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in the heart of Bath. We’re looking for a confident, hardworking chef who takes pride in delivering great food, works well under pressure and maintains consistently high standards throughout every service. THE ROLE • Take responsibility for your section and ensure smooth service • Prepare and cook dishes consistently to a high standard • Maintain excellent presentation and portion control • Complete daily preparation and mise en place • Work efficiently during busy services • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness • Support senior chefs and work closely with the wider kitchen team • Assist with stock rotation and minimise food waste WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Previous Chef de Partie experience or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress • Confident working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen • Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques • Excellent attention to detail and consistency • Reliable, organised and professional • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Passion for delivering quality food WHAT WE OFFER ? £13–£16 per hour, depending on experience ?‍?
