Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Whiskey Red's. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve guest satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and employee retention.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community.
  • Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar environment within the hospitality industry.
  • Private events (banquet) management experience highly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and guest service excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software.
