Siren Health Manages and Operates a Licensed Starbucks store, and we are currently looking for passionate Baristas to join our team in Silverdale, WA.

A Barista at Starbucks is a customer service expert who:

  • Connects with customers and builds relationships by delivering excellent service.
  • Works as a team with others to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Embraces learning, from perfecting the latest beverages to staying up-to-date with new products and procedures.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeping calm while staying energetic and focused.
  • Communicates effectively, both with customers and teammates, to ensure an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a genuine Starbucks experience by providing high-quality service and handcrafted beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store, ensuring equipment is properly cared for, and anticipate customers' needs with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance by arriving on time and ready to work.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Support store operations, including food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and adhering to safety and security standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed operational goals, creating an atmosphere that guests love to visit.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • No experience required, but a passion for coffee and customer service is a must.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work early morning shifts, in accordance with Washington State minor employment laws. Due to scheduling requirements during the school year, this position may not be suitable for minors.
  • Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A love for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Job Type: Full Time- Part-time
Pay: From $17.13 per hour Plus Tips
Expected Hours: 18-24+ per week
