Job Description:
As the General Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance to meet or exceed targets.
Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
Ensure accurate cash handling and daily financial reconciliations.
Quality Control: Ensure the consistent quality of food products and adherence to Popeyes' recipes and standards.
Conduct regular food safety inspections and maintain compliance with health codes.
Address and resolve any quality or operational issues promptly.
Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
Maximize sales through effective marketing and upselling strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Prepare and submit accurate reports on restaurant performance to the regional or corporate office as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the fast-food or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
