Warehouse Team Leader
In this role you will coordinate the smooth running of our daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency. You’ll oversee a team of warehouse staff, managing tasks such as inventory control, order fulfilment, and the receipt and dispatch of goods.
By maintaining clear communication between the warehouse team and management, you’ll help create a collaborative work environment where safety standards are met, productivity targets are achieved, and the team works together effectively.
You’ll also play a key role in training and developing the team, driving continuous improvement and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
