Key objectives:
At St. James's Hotel and Club, the Sales Executive is responsible for driving growth across St. James’s Club members, reciprocal clubs, Groups and MICE segments. This role focuses on proactive business development, strategic account management, partnership expansion, and networking initiatives, while consistently achieving and exceeding defined sales targets.
Working closely with the Director of Sales, Reservations & Revenue team, Marketing Manager, Meetings & Events Coordinator, the wider hotel team, and the Althoff Sales team, the Sales Executive ensures alignment with commercial objectives and brand standards.
