SUMMARY & MISSION
The position will be responsible for providing professional service to all guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard operating procedure of the restaurant.
2. Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
3. To anticipate customer needs and to attend to this need towards customer satisfaction, promoting guest relations effectively.
4. To report guest comments and complaints to the restaurant manager promptly and to handle complaints diplomatically.
5. Must possess a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
6. Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served.
7. Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
8. Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service.
9. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
10. Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
11. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform.
12. Maintain a high of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
13. To attend training and meetings as and when required.
14. Undertake any reasonable task and secondary duties as assigned by the General Manager.
