The role…
As Head Chef, you will effectively manage the kitchen and food
function of the hotel to an optimum level. You will be committed to maintaining
all targets financial and operational, with the emphasis on forward planning.
You will ensure the highest quality food and customer service in all areas.
Head Chef will proactively drive HR, Cost Control, Sustainability and Health
& Safety initiatives throughout the hotel. As Head Chef you will be
highly organised, energetic and forward thinking with a passion to lead,
motivate and develop the team.
You should have the ability to identify, understand and give priority to
satisfying guest needs.
Offering £47,000 per annum, this is a full time opportunity.
