The role…

We are seeking an exceptional Wedding & Events Supervisor to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the seamless delivery of all weddings and events, including private celebrations, restaurant events, and in particular, weddings.

Weddings are a key part of our business, and you will play an important role in ensuring each celebration is delivered to the highest possible standard. From initial event setup through to final service, you will help coordinate all aspects of the day, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. This includes overseeing wedding breakfasts, evening receptions, and working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a memorable guest experience for both the couple and their guests.

You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of Weddings & Event service, ensuring exceptional presentation, organisation, and service standards at all times. The role also involves working closely with the restaurant team to support event dining and special occasions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong leadership capability, and meticulous attention to detail. You will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences—particularly for weddings—while motivating and guiding the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar supervisory role is essential, with previous experience in weddings or large-scale events highly desirable.
