Part Time Food & Beverage Team Leader

We are a boutique, family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We are currently seeking to recruit a Part Time Food & Beverage Team Leader to assist in the running of our busy Stable bar - this is our piano & cocktail bar - and Farmyard which is our street food & live music venue. 

This will be a part time role of between 8 -12 hours a week, hours of work will be 5pm - close on a Friday & Saturday night. 

Role of Food & Beverage Team Leader will involve:

• Day to day running of the Stable bar and Farmyard including closing down and cashing up.
• Managing staff - ensuring correct staffing levels, identifying training needs and implementing training plans.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements for Food & Beverage Team Leaders:

• Previous experience in a busy bar is essential
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
  
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
