We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for our beautiful Stable Bar.

If you have experience in hospitality and bars we want to hear from you!

Candidates must be over the age of 18 in order to comply with licensing laws.

The role of Bartender will involve:

• Time Management and Organization: the ability to multitask and stay organized
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is important for both efficiency and customer experience
• Sales Skills: confidently recommend drinks and upsell customers in a non-pushy way
• Setting up the bar for service - ensuring mis en place is ready before service
• Monitoring the stock in the bar and assisting the bar manger with orders.
• Serving beverages - both behind the bar and table service
• Ensuring customer satisfaction all times.

Requirements for Bartender :

• Over 18 years of age.
• Customer Service:  Friendly, approachable, and attentive to customer needs creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. 
• Mixology Knowledge: A solid understanding of different drinks, cocktails, and how to prepare them
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both in terms of taking orders and making recommendation
• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or as a mixologist is a distinct advantage
• Previous experience in a busy bar/restaurant is a must
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
