We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor/ Team Leader to join our fabulous team. 

Hours include- 6:30am-3pm / 7am -3pm – includes Weekends ( must be flexible for working days ) 40 hours per week

What a Team Leader does at JW Lees:

• Oversee the breakfast service, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for all guests
• Lead the breakfast team and ensure the highest standards of food and service
• Greet and seat guests
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth food service
• Handle any guest queries or feedback promptly and professionally
• Set up and clear down the breakfast area to our standards
• Ensure all hygiene, health & safety regulations are followed
• Monitor stock levels for breakfast items and assist with ordering when needed
• Train and support breakfast team members, leading by example at all times
• Keep the breakfast area clean, organised, and well presented
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
