What you'll do

As a Back of House Supervisor you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for assisting and ensuring that the productivity levels are optimised through close supervision and correct scheduling of staff
  • You will be responsible for the careful and hygienic handling of all operating and miscellaneous equipment all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
  • You’ll also be responsible for ensuring all back of house areas are kept up to 5 star standards

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a 5 star hotel as a within the stewarding department
  • Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
  • Passion to the role and the team and unique personality
  • Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
  • Opera and Microsoft knowledge
