The Server Assistants primary function is supporting the mission of “Making Every Experience Exceptional” by helping the Service team to deliver and maintain high quality standards of customer service that leaves each guest coming back again and again.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

• • Stock coffee station
  • Espresso pods
  • Brew fresh decaf and regular coffee
  • Brew Iced Tea
  • Milk, half and half
  • Hot teas
  • Polish Silver as it comes through dish cycle
  • Place silver in designated 5 compartment dividers
  • Replenish silver in side stations as needed
  • Polish water and wine glasses as it they come through dish cycle
  • Place glass racks in designated area
  • Scrape plates from bus tubs
  • Rack plates to cycle through dish
  • Separate china, cutlery and ramekins as needed
  • Stock clean china on kitchen line as needed
  • Close polish station
  • All silver to be polished at end of shift and placed in designated 5 compartment dividers
  • All glassware to be polished and racked in designated are at bottom of kitchen stair case
  • Breakdown coffee station
  • Leave station clean and wiped down
  • Turn floor fans on to leave area cool and dry
