What You’ll Do
As a Maître D’ at STK Steakhouse, you will be the face of
the dining experience, ensuring a seamless, high-energy, and personalized
service for every guest. Your mission is to create an impeccable atmosphere,
manage reservations, oversee front-of-house team members, and maintain strong
guest relationships to uphold STK’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
and optimize guest flow to ensure efficient and exceptional service
- Lead
the concierge program, developing strong relationships with hotels, VIPs,
and key booking agents
- Oversee
and mentor hosts, coat check attendants, and door staff, ensuring a
polished and professional team
- Build
and maintain reservation books using OpenTable, maximizing seating
capacity while maintaining guest comfort
- Ensure
guest profiles and preferences are updated and utilized to personalize
experiences
- Maintain
all guest-facing information, including marketing materials, menus, and
operational details, across online and in-venue platforms
- Engage
with guests through reviews and social channels, maintaining a strong
online reputation
- Act as
floor manager when necessary, ensuring a smooth operation and overseeing
the guest experience from arrival to departure
- Work
closely with back-of-house and front-of-house teams to create a seamless
and energetic dining environment
- Execute
tasks assigned by Restaurant Leadership with professionalism and
enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum
3 years of professional experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire
a team
- Proficiency
in OpenTable and other reservation management systems
- Excellent
guest service skills, with the ability to cultivate VIP relationships
- Ability
to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain a high-energy atmosphere
- Strong
business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Expertise
in restaurant operations, guest relations, and hospitality industry best
practices
- Must
be able to stand for extended periods and work late nights
- Availability
of working weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment
