Stout NYC is one of Midtown Manhattan's busiest sports bars, located just steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We're looking for experienced bartenders who thrive under pressure, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in providing outstanding service.

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional hospitality to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Handle high-volume service during sporting events, concerts, and peak business periods.
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, food runners, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company standards, recipes, cash handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work to company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and major event days.
