Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations of our Food and Beverage Outlets.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Cost of Goods Sold
Increase of Sales
Quality of Service
Quality of Product
Staff Quality of Life·
Neighborhood Relations
Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing
Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
Train, coach and develop all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and the establishment of performance expectations
Ensure restaurant and bar is in complete compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Is knowledgeable on all DOH requirements pertaining to establishment.
Competencies and Skills Required
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
Exceptional proven ability of restaurant and event management
Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Up-to-date with culinary trends
Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Credentials in health and safety training
