Full-time Team Leader

We’re looking to add fantastic FULL TIME team members to join our growing business! The team is super big-hearted and very talented – they’ll support you from day one. We’ve got lots of exciting opening plans over the next year and there’s a huge focus on promoting from within, so this is a great time to join our team. All of our team work both back and front of house so there is plenty of variety in your daily tasks! When Front of House, you'll be serving our guests, taking orders, making hot drinks and making sure the shop looks clean & tidy! If you're working Back of House, you'll be preparing ingredients, fulfilling customer orders by preparing our menu items, prepping for core service times and cleaning the kitchen areas.

We want our team members to grow and develop and offer full training and development in their roles plus lots of additional learning & development opportunities available to all roles within the business to foster an environment where everyone is constantly building their skill set at Yolk and beyond! With lots of new sites in the pipeline, there are lots of opportunities to grow into a more senior role!

If you work for us, you can expect two free meals per shift and free hot drinks whilst you’re working! You’ll also be able to buy any other items you may want at 50% off as well as getting 50% off when you’re off work too. We also offer fortnightly pay so you won't have to wait long to be paid!
