What You’ll Do:

As our Subway® Manager, you’ll lead the restaurant to success every day by:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring fresh, high-quality food

• Keeping the restaurant clean, functional, and welcoming

• Recruiting, training, and rewarding top talent to build a strong, motivated team

• Managing inventory, finances, and business records to drive sales

• Leading local marketing, promotions, and community outreach

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

• 1+ years of Subway experience, including supervising and training staff

• Excellent communication skills to lead and inspire a team

• Computer-savvy with POS system knowledge

Physical requirements:
This role is hands-on! You’ll be active in all areas of the restaurant: bending, standing, walking throughout the shift, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
