Responsibilities Include: Maintains overall management responsibilities for the Subway Restaurant. Directs, coordinates, and participates in preparation, cooking, wrapping or packing food serviced or prepared by the Restaurant, collecting of monies from in-house or delivery customers, or assembly of food orders. Directs food preparation personnel to ensure food adheres to standards of quality to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment Coordinates activities of workers engaged in keeping business records, collecting, and paying accounts, ordering or purchasing supplies, and weekly inventory. Interviews, hires, discharges, trains, and evaluates all team members.

Pre-requisites:

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Experience: Sufficient exposure, generally a minimum of two (2) years in QSR establishments as shift manager, or assistant unit manager.
  • Physical: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (6) hours in length and have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 45 to 50 hours a week.

Wage and Benefits Include:

  • Earn $21.75 per hour ($50,895.00 per year) plus up to $3K in bonuses.

Skills:
- Proficient in kitchen management, food handling, and food preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control procedures.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
