Subway Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end daily operations for two Subway locations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.

• Maintain food cost and labor cost within company‑approved targets and take corrective action when needed.

• Conduct inventory counts, manage stock levels, and place accurate food and supply orders.

• Hire, train, and onboard new employees to meet staffing needs and uphold brand standards.

• Ensure each store is inspection‑ready at all times, including cleanliness, food safety, and documentation compliance.

• Reconcile cash daily, verify deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Perform any additional tasks required to keep both stores fully operational, safe, and compliant with Subway policies.
