We're looking for a strong, dependable leader to join our Subway team as a Store Manager. This isn't about food experience, it's about character. What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of crew members on a daily basis
• Set the tone for the shift through your own work ethic and attitude
• Ensure the store runs smoothly including opening/closing, staffing, and inventory
• Hold yourself and your team accountable to quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards
• Handle scheduling, basic reporting, and store communications
• Create a positive, high-energy environment where the team wants to show up and perform
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Train new team members and support their growth

What We're Looking For

• A genuine hard worker; someone who never asks their team to do something they wouldn't do themselves
• Previous leadership experience in any setting (retail, hospitality, military, coaching, warehouse, etc.)
• High personal integrity; you do the right thing even when no one is watching
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Strong communicator who can motivate people from all walks of life
• Ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure
• Food service experience is a plus, but absolutely not required; we provide full training
