Earn $21 / Hour + $4 Tips / Hour (*Average) = $25 Assistant Manager Position

Key Elements of a Shift Manager day to day will consist of:
- Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- Train Employees
- Open/Close when needed
- Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant
- Coordinating any training needed to make events successful
- Assisting with product ordering, inventory and store orgranization.
- Providing an excellent Guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
