About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and delivers an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

  • Lead, train, and schedule team members to ensure proper staffing

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs

  • Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards, health, and safety regulations

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively

  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results

Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant or retail management experience (quick-service preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling, inventory)

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
