Subway Store Manager — Houston area. 30+ locations, family-owned.
THE OFFER
• $740/week, paid every week
• Quarterly bonus up to $1,100 (up to $4,400/year)
• Most days 7:30 AM–4:00 PM — home before 4

THE JOB
Working manager. You're on the floor making sandwiches and prepping alongside your crew, not sitting in an office. You run the schedule, the food cost, the labor cost, and the sales numbers for your store. 50 hours a week including weekends.
YOU NEED
• Experience leading a team — restaurant, retail, anywhere
• Comfortable doing the work, not just assigning it
• Available weekends, for coverage if needed
Locations: Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress.
