• Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage ordering processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on store objectives and customer service standards.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform retail math calculations accurately.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to payroll, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers alike.
• Experience in cash handling procedures and familiarity with cash register operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
