RCCJM LLC is hiring an Operations Leader for a locally owned restaurant group.

We are not looking for a typical restaurant manager.

We are looking for an operator.

Someone who takes ownership, solves problems without being asked, leads from the front, and wants the opportunity to grow with a business instead of simply working a job.

This role is for someone who:

  • Takes pride in running a clean, organized, high-performing operation

  • Can lead a team without constant oversight

  • Holds themselves and others accountable

  • Understands urgency and consistency

  • Wants performance-based upside and long-term opportunity

  • Thinks like an owner, not just an employee

Our goal is to build a business that operates at a high level without constant owner involvement in day-to-day operational issues. We are looking for the right person to help us build that.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Manage staffing and shift coverage

  • Maintain strong customer service standards

  • Help build a reliable, accountable team culture

  • Manage inventory, food cost, and waste

  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards

  • Train and develop team members

  • Help improve profitability and operational performance

  • Solve problems quickly and professionally
