We are not looking for a typical restaurant manager.
We are looking for an operator.

Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage staffing and shift coverage
Maintain strong customer service standards
Help build a reliable, accountable team culture
Manage inventory, food cost, and waste
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
Train and develop team members
Help improve profitability and operational performance
Solve problems quickly and professionally
