Our Subway restaurant in Millcreek Township (Erie, PA) is looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team!

As our Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to help keep our restaurant operating at its best.

• Lead the Team: Help supervise, train, and motivate a team of approximately 4–12 employees.

• Create Great Guest Experiences: Make sure every customer receives friendly service and great food.

• Keep Things Running: Assist with scheduling, shift operations, and daily restaurant responsibilities.

• Manage Inventory: Help with product ordering, inventory control, and reducing waste.

• Maintain High Standards: Keep the restaurant clean, organized, safe, and operating according to Subway standards.

• Support Your Team: Coach employees, assign responsibilities, and help develop future leaders.

• Drive Success: Help execute restaurant promotions and identify opportunities to improve operations.

We're looking for someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and help when things get busy.

• Previous restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable, responsible, and able to multitask

• Comfortable working with computers and point-of-sale systems

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help the team succeed
