Description
 As part of the Subway®Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things: 
  • Providing an excellent guest experience 
  • Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
  • Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
  • Managing inventory and money control system and associated paper work
  • Maintaining standards of food safety
  • Follow and implement management recommended rules and procedures
  • Request repair/maintenance requirement in a timely manner
  • Being a team player

 

In addition to therole of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

  • Training Team members
  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
  • Absentee management
  • Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

 

PREREQUISITES 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, collegedegree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment,experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellentcommunicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computerknowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurantas needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Thisposition requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must havethe ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
