A Subway® Team Member provides fast, friendly service to customers while preparing fresh food to Subway standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, and providing a positive, fast experience.

·       Food Preparation: Making sandwiches, salads, and wraps to formula and preparing ingredients (slicing vegetables, baking bread/cookies).

·       Cashiering: Processing payments, managing cash, and using the Subway POS System.

·       Cleaning & Safety: Following food safety protocols, cleaning workstations, washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, and taking out trash.

·       Inventory: Restocking, monitoring ingredient levels, and accepting deliveries.

Required Qualifications & Physical Demands:

·       Experience: Some high school preferred, but often entry-level.

·       Physical: Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, and lift up to 10-30 lbs.

·       Skills: Basic math skills for payment processing and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. 

·       Training: Completion of online coursework through the "University of Subway".

·       Communication: Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.

·       Computer skills: Computer knowledge is preferred.

*You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities.

** As per "One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBA)" earned TIPS up to $25k per year is tax free.
