· Annual Salary: $58,000 per year, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).
· Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $400 per month ($4,800 annually) by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth across your patch.
· Total Value: A predictable base income with a transparent bonus structure that puts your total earning potential well above the market average.

· Multi-Unit Travel & Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel routinely between the Evergreen and Idaho Springs locations to conduct audits, manage inventory transfers, handle bank deposits, and respond to urgent store demands.
· Hands-on Leadership: General Managers must lead by example, working peak hours alongside the store teams during heavy volume periods to ensure corporate brand standards are met.

· 5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs.
· A "Coach" mentality—you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.
· A professional who treats the entire multi-unit business as if it were their own.
