Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Sandwich Artist to join our team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality sandwiches and other menu items, provide excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and help keep the restaurant clean and organized.

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, and other menu items according to company recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, food preparation stations, and restrooms.
• Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Stock ingredients, beverages, and supplies throughout each shift.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating products using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the restaurant for the next shift.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
