About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple Subway restaurant locations in the Central Ohio area. This role combines hands-on field leadership with multi-unit oversight, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.

The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for leading Store Managers, driving results in sales, labor, and food costs, and maintaining compliance with brand and company standards. This position requires a strong leader who can balance coaching and accountability while being ready to jump in and support operations when needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct leadership and accountability for Store Managers and their teams.

  • Ensure restaurants are staffed, open, and operating to standard.

  • Drive performance on sales growth, labor management, and food cost control.

  • Conduct recurring in-store visits to audit operations, coach managers, and support staff development.

  • Safeguard company assets through enforcement of cash handling, deposits, and inventory controls.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong pipeline of talent for management and hourly positions.

  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and company policies.

  • Report results, updates, and initiatives to company leadership.

  • Travel regularly between assigned locations (mileage reimbursed).

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience (multi-unit preferred).

  • Proven success in meeting labor, food cost, and sales performance targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, hold others accountable, and build teams.

  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).

  • Strong organizational, reporting, and computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 annually
