We are looking for a professional Multi-Unit General Manager to take full operational ownership of our Evergreen and Idaho Springs Subway locations. We believe in rewarding leaders for real results. That’s why we offer a stable, premium salary combined with a transparent bonus structure that rewards you for driving profit and building great teams across both stores.

  • Annual Salary: $58,000 per year, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).
  • Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $400 per month ($4,800 annually) by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth across your patch.
  • Total Value: A predictable base income with a transparent bonus structure that puts your total earning potential well above the market average.

  • Multi-Unit Travel & Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel routinely between the Evergreen and Idaho Springs locations to conduct audits, manage inventory transfers, handle bank deposits, and respond to urgent store demands.
  • Hands-on Leadership: General Managers must lead by example, working peak hours alongside the store teams during heavy volume periods to ensure corporate brand standards are met.
? What We’re Looking For:
  • 5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs.
  • "Coach" mentality—you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.
  • A professional who treats the entire multi-unit business as if it were their own.
