Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shifts

  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members

  • Create weekly schedules and manage labor effectively

  • Maintain Subway standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

  • Review sales reports and help drive store performance

Requirements
  • Management experience in food service or retail preferred

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs

  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends
