As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager in Training will focus on seven main things:

In addition to the role, key parts of your day to day will consist of:
- Learning about and implementing managing a staff of 6-20 including assigning and evaluating work
- Learning about and implementing the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful
- Learning about and assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed

UPWARD MOBILITY
The goal of the position is to train you how to manage a store so that when a management role opens up you can quickly and efficiently step into the role of Store Manager. The Store Manager role includes additional pay and benefits.
PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
