We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Unit Manager to oversee the performance and success of these units while driving strategic growth and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:
The Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 8 Subway locations in East Texas. This role requires a leadership-driven, results-oriented professional who excels at managing teams, ensuring high operational standards, and meeting company goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the fast-food industry, strong organizational skills, and a passion for cultivating talent and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations across 8 Subway locations in East Texas, ensuring consistency and excellence.

  • Oversee staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee development to build strong, motivated teams.

  • Monitor performance metrics such as sales, labor costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve company targets.

  • Implement company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain uniformity across locations.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

  • Develop strategies to optimize operations, increase revenue, and control expenses.

  • Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and store managers, facilitating communication and alignment on goals.

  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly, providing support to store managers when needed.

  • Foster a positive work culture and drive customer-focused initiatives across all units.

  • Prepare and present reports on location performance to company leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Unit Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-food industry.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams across multiple locations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle the demands of overseeing 8 units.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with operational metrics, labor management, and financial reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred (not required).

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations within East Texas.
